Step 1
鸡胸肉去皮，然后汆烫沸水洗净备用。Remove skin of chicken, blanch with boiling water, set aside.
Step 2
把全部处理好的材料放入大碗中，并注入水盖过材料。Arrange all ingredients into big bowl, cover with water.
Step 3
用保鲜膜封盖炖1小时候加入适量盐调味即可。Cover the bowl with cling, double boil for 1 hour. Season with some salt when serve.
